Types of Scholarships and Financial Need Grants Available

Academic Scholarships

Academic Scholarships are determined by the top scores on the placement test. These scholarships are renewable each year given that the student meets certain academic, co-curricular, behavior and attendance expectations.
Students must take the La Salle High School placement test to be eligible for academic scholarships.

Multiple Student Tuition Grant
  • Families that have three or more high school students in an Archdiocesan school are eligible for a Multiple Student Tuition Grant.
  • This does not include private schools.

For more information on Multiple Student Tuition Grants, please contact Tom Haber, Business Manager at 741-2370.

Financial Need Grants

La Salle High School understands the rising cost of tuition prohibits families from choosing La Salle as an educational choice for their son. Thus, La Salle has made a commitment to provide funds to assist families. All families applying for financial aid grants must complete the Private School Aid Service (PSAS) tuition assistance form. PSAS is an independent third party that reviews required financial information to verify that there is a financial need.

  • If there is a verified need La Salle will offer a tuition assistance package.
  • La Salle does not offer full tuition financial aid grants.

Grants are renewable on a yearly basis given that the student meets certain academic, co-curricular, behavior and attendance expectations.

De La Salle Grants
  • De La Salle grants are awarded to students through an application process that evaluates the students: Academic performance since the 6th grade, Teacher or Principal Recommendations, Community, Church and School Involvement and Leadership. Grants are renewable on a yearly basis given that the student meets certain academic, co-curricular, behavior and attendance expectations.
