Lasallian Call to Serve...Haiti Relief Efforts
Haiti has suffered unbelievable damage and destruction. The images of the current scene in Haiti are difficult to watch. One can only imagine trying to survive or locate one’s family and friends in the midst of the complete destruction of a society, infrastructure and city. In short the people of Haiti need our help!
La Salle High School has partnered with Catholic Relief Services, Matthew 25 Ministries and the Lasallian Ministries located in Haiti to help the struggling Haitian people. We plan to raise funds and supplies via the weekly mission collections on January 20 and 27, 2010, as well as a material fund drive from January 19-February 20, 2010. In fact, 100% of the proceeds will go to one of the three organizations: Catholic Relief Services, Matthew 25 Ministries, and Lasallian Ministries, Haiti.
